"Signing up with them was fast and easy. After I got my vehicles and business insurance started with them it went downhill from that point. I'm almost 50 years old and I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. I didn't even know it existed. From not answering phone calls, to not returning messages through voicemail or text, to not fulfilling requests , to outright giving sorry excuses and the worst one was lying on the underwriters about one issue. I am still with this agency but looking around because anything is better that this one. If you happen to get an agent named Christina just know that she is so called overwhelmed and has too much going on for your issue so every day she will put yours to the side, everyday for a month actually. How is that possible? Not sure, but that's the way things are ran in this office. I can never get that time or energy back but one things ifls for sure, I can guarantee no other company runs their office like this!"
